What the AI receptionist does
When a shop turns it on, the AI receptionist can answer calls the shop doesn’t pick up, including after hours. It greets the caller on the shop’s behalf, collects details such as name, phone number, address and what the job is, and helps book the job or passes the details to the shop’s office. It works from the information and prices the shop sets; it does not set or suggest prices.
Shops stay in control
Each shop decides whether to use the AI receptionist and can turn it off at any time. The shop’s people can review what the receptionist captured and follow up themselves.
Customer data
