Security is part of the job. Here is how we protect your shop and your customers.
2-step login for every account
Every person in every company signs in with a password plus an authenticator app code. There are no exceptions and no way to switch it off for a company account.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections to CrewMaster Pro use HTTPS, and your company’s records are encrypted where they are stored.
Your company’s data is kept separate
Each company can only reach its own records; this is enforced by the database itself, not just by the screens. Inside your company, the owner decides what each role can see, and people never see what they don’t have access to.
Export any time
Your records belong to you. You can export them whenever you like, including while an account is read-only for a late payment. Data is never deleted for non-payment.
Payments handled by a certified processor
Card and bank payments are processed by a certified payment processor. CrewMaster Pro never stores full card numbers.
Report a security issue
If you think you’ve found a security problem, email security@crewmasterpro.com with the steps to reproduce it. Please don’t access other people’s data or disrupt the service while testing. We’ll confirm we received your report and keep you updated.
