Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Draft for legal review. Final terms will be posted before CrewMaster Pro opens.

These draft terms describe the planned subscription service offered by CrewMaster Pro LLC, a California limited liability company, to trade businesses. They need legal review before launch. The waitlist is not a subscription, contract or payment authorization. CrewMaster Pro is planned to open in January 2027; no payment is collected before launch.

Your account and your business

The person opening an account must be authorized to act for the company and be at least 18. Keep account details accurate, protect passwords and use the required 2-step login. Your company controls its people’s access and sets all of its own service prices. CrewMaster Pro does not set or suggest your prices. You remain responsible for licenses, tax decisions, estimates, customer consent and work performed.

Plans and prices

PlanMonthlyYearly, paid up frontPeople / AI calls
Solo$79$708 ($59/mo)1 / 40 monthly
Starter$189$1,788 ($149/mo)5 / 120 monthly
Shop$279$2,868 ($239/mo)8 / 200 monthly
Crew Master$479$4,788 ($399/mo)15 / 600 monthly

All amounts are in US dollars. Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Yearly payment is due up front and saves up to 25% compared with monthly payments. Three months up front costs three times the monthly plan price, includes free data move-in and the Marketing pack for the first month, then renews month to month at your locked price.

Extra people beyond the 15 included on Crew Master cost $39 per person per month; beyond 50, $32 each under Enterprise pricing. The Marketing pack is $49 per month and included on Crew Master; owners can turn it on or off in Billing. Extra AI calls cost 75¢ each. Bank payments cost 1%, capped at $10; cards cost 2.9% plus 30¢. Applicable taxes and selected charges will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Renewal and online cancellation

Before purchase, checkout will clearly show the plan, due-today amount, recurring amount, payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation policy and guarantee. You must expressly agree before recurring billing begins. We will provide a confirmation you can keep and reminders before yearly renewals as required by California law. Yearly plans renew yearly; monthly plans and plans following three-month prepayment renew monthly unless cancelled.

Cancel online any time with 30 days’ notice, as easily as signing up, without a phone call or unnecessary steps. A cancellation stops the next renewal that falls after the notice period. Yearly payments are nonrefundable after the guarantee and access continues for the paid year. We will honor all mandatory cancellation and consumer rights; these draft terms do not override applicable law.

Money-back guarantee

Yearly and three-month prepaid plans receive 30 days and a full refund of the first payment, including the full three-month prepayment. Monthly plans receive 14 days; the refund is the first month minus AI calls used at 75¢ each and texts used, never below $0. The window starts with the first payment. One guarantee per business, matched using EIN, owner phone and card fingerprint. Only the CrewMaster Pro owner can extend it. AI calls are capped at the plan amount during the guarantee window; new-shop payouts are held for seven days. No free trial is offered.

Price lock, founding shops and seasonal pause

Your shop’s subscription price never goes up while it stays subscribed. Up to ten confirmed founding shops receive 30% off the first year, then 15% off for life, plus free data move-in, with no deposit. Joining the waitlist or expressing interest does not confirm a founding place. You may seasonally pause for up to three months per year at $29 per month; your records are kept. Data move-in is free on yearly and three-month prepay. On monthly plans it is optional at $199, credited back after six paid months.

Failed payments and your data

We retry failed payments on days 1, 3 and 5, with a text and email each time. After seven days unpaid, your account becomes read-only until paid: you can still sign in, view records and export. We never delete data for non-payment. Data export is available any time. Your company owns its customer data; we process it on your company’s behalf to provide the service, not to sell it. Separate retention and deletion arrangements after account closure are described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and AI

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful work, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, malicious software or infringement of others’ rights. Obtain legally required consent for calling, texting, recording and sharing customer information. Do not upload data you have no right to provide. AI phone answering and other AI outputs can be wrong; review important decisions and do not rely on AI for emergencies or professional legal, safety or tax advice. AI does not train on your customer data.

Security, availability and support

We use encryption in transit and at rest, required 2-step login, company-separated records, role-based access and audit records. No service can promise perfect security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Our uptime promise is 99.9%; we credit one day of service per hour down. Urgent support is answered within one hour, 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week. The operating timezone and full credit-claim procedure will be confirmed before launch.

Responsibility and liability

We provide software, not your trade services. Except for our express promises and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every result will be error-free. To the extent California law permits, neither party is liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees your company paid us in the twelve months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable fraud or willful-misconduct liability. Counsel must review these draft limits before they take effect.

Changes, California law and notices

California law governs, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect; changes cannot remove your subscribed price lock. No arbitration agreement is created by this draft. Send legal notices to legal@crewmasterpro.com; privacy requests go to privacy@crewmasterpro.com. Final terms and any additional legally required business contact details will be posted before opening.
